Data regulations are changing, so we are updating our Privacy Policy too.
Your Information
We collect information when you use our products and services. That information (or data) can include, for example, your contact details, how you use our services, your location or your preferences. You can find out more about what data we use below.
Your Marketing Information
We will contact you in a number of ways. Primarily we use Mail Chimp to contact you regarding our offers and services. At the bottom of each email there is a button that allows you to update your preferences or opt out completely from any further correspondence.
Your Rights
You have some important rights that determine how and whether we use your data. For example, you can decide that you do not wish to be sent marketing messages and you are entitled to receive a copy of your data.
Your privacy is extremely important to us so, if you think we are not handling your data properly we need you to tell us about it. If you think that we are not getting it reight then you can complain to the Information Commissioner.
So What Do We Collect?
Tap2Tag Limited (“Company” or “we”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy.
This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use and share personal information of consumer users across our websites, including www.tap2tag.me (the “Website”) and services offered to users (collectively, the “Services”), and from our partners and other third parties. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This includes any information you choose to provide that is deemed sensitive under applicable law.
Irrespective of which country you live in, you authorize us to transfer, store, and use your information in the United Kingdom, Canada, and any other country where we operate. Children
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information through the Services. As an account holder you may chose to record information regarding your own children as part of their medical profile. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information through the Services or on or through any of their features or register an account, make any purchases through the Services, use any of the interactive features of the Services or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. By creating a medical profile for someone under the age of 13 and by agreeing to the terms and conditions when the profile is created or amended, you are deemed to be providing parental or guardian consent. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Details of your activity through the Services, such as when you visit our Website, sign into our Services or interact with a Third-Party Service Provider through the Services.

- We use Google Analytics to understand our user experience and optimize it. Google Analytics records non-personal activity data from a sample of our users, which may include: type and version of operation system; usage length; phone model; country; screens visited in the App; touch gestures performed in the App; and scrolling activity. The information we collect automatically is statistical data, and does not identify any individual. It helps us to deliver better and more personalized Services by enabling us to:

We may also disclose your personal information:

- To enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Crowdfire Inc., our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into your account. You may also delete your personal information by deleting your user account. If you delete or change your personal information, copies of information previously disclosed to the public may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data connected with it then send a request to support@tap2tag.me using the email address of the account registered to your account. We will then delete the account and confirm this to you.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via public networks such as the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through the Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by e-mail to the primary e-mail address specified in your account. The date the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable e-mail address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this Policy to check for any changes.
Card and Payment Data
We do not hold any data relating to your credit or debit cards. As at the 5 April 2018 we use SagePay for our card payment processing. If you wish to view their security policy for card payments you can view it at https://www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy. By the end of April we intend to switch our service to Global Payments for both payment processing and merchant accounting. A copy of their current security and privacy policy can be found here.
Competitions
Your participation on our website may mean that we occasionally contact you with the opportunity to enter competitions. Entry to competitions is voluntary, and you are under no obligation to take up an invitation from us to enter. Should you choose to enter a competition, we will treat the information you provide with the same high standard of care as all other customer information, and use the information provided strictly within the entry terms of the competition and this Privacy Policy.
